« Ça devrait venir des coffres de l’État… Lorsque des philanthropes financent des initiatives communautaires, ils imposent souvent leurs conditions. Aussi, il y a des initiatives plus “vendeuses” que d’autres. Par exemple, quand ça touche les enfants, ou les personnes âgées, ça interpelle les fondations privées. Il y a des secteurs plus forts, et d’autres qui en pâtissent. »
